Breadalbane House in Kaka Point is our home and was completed in May 2005. The quality accommodation we provide our guests consists of a 2 bedroom apartment above our living area.

There is a separate guest bathroom and a large kitchen/lounge opening to a balcony which overlooks the ocean with panoramic views to the north and south to the Nugget Point Lighthouse. Both bedrooms share the same great view of the South Pacific. We have made good use of natural timber in our home and it has central heating and is double glazed.

The property is well sheltered and includes a barbeque area which guests can use during the summer months. Breadalbane House is very conveniently situated in Kaka Point (Google map) and it's a great place to stay when you are visiting the Catlins region.
